Our three homes - The Manor, The Farmhouse, and The Cottage - offer unique appointed design and comfort. There’s plenty of room for your boats with four boat docks, and upon advanced notice, we can facilitate a boat rental. Location
PROPOSED EVENT GUIDELINES
- An event is defined as anything that involves more than our occupancy (38 guests).
- A guest is defined as anyone on our property at any given time.
- Events may only be held when all three homes are rented.
- Up to 100 people may be on the property for any basic event.
- A basic event fee starts at $1,000. There is also a fully-refundable event deposit of $500.
- Complex events will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
- All trash must be properly disposed of.
- All yard furniture must be put back to its original location.
WEDDING EVENTS - $10,000
- Includes 3 days and 2 nights with up to 100 people on the property at any given time.
- Up to 35 nightly guests (There will be a fee of $50 per person per night above 38).
- Unlimited photoshoots.
- Outside vendors for photos, food, flowers, decor are permitted.
- Hired "adult entertainment" is NOT permitted on our property at any time.
